Selected projects demonstrating my leadership in BIM, digital design delivery, and coordination on medium to large-scale building and infrastructure projects.


Massey University Science Building
As BIM Manager for the main contractor, I led the full digital delivery of this 9,500 m² science and research facility from early design through to construction. I developed and implemented the BIM Execution Plan, led multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection, and aligned model delivery with the construction schedule and procurement priorities. Through proactive coordination and site verification, I significantly reduced rework and enabled high quality, fully coordinated pre-construction models, contributing to the successful delivery of this award-winning university facility.


Air New Zealand Hanger 4
As Building Services BIM Lead on Air New Zealand’s Hangar 4, the country’s largest aircraft hangar and the world’s largest single-span timber arch hangar, I led the BIM strategy and digital coordination across all MEP disciplines. I managed the BIM Execution Plan in line with ISO 19650, coordinated models from multiple international design teams, and led clash detection and design integration using Revit, Navisworks, and Revizto. My leadership ensured high quality, fully coordinated digital delivery and reduced design risk on this landmark aviation project.


Hanley's Farm Primary School
As BIM Coordinator on this 5,570 m² new-build education facility at Hanley’s Farm, I led the full BIM implementation and coordination throughout the design phase on behalf of the main contractor, Southbase Construction. I managed multidisciplinary model coordination, developed project specific BIM workflows, and ensured high quality, clash free design models ready for construction. My work supported strong constructability outcomes, improved design certainty, and a smooth transition from design into delivery under a fast-paced D&B contract.


Epsom Central Apartments
Epsom Central Apartments is a multi-storey residential development delivered in a dense urban setting, requiring a high level of design accuracy, buildability focus, and multidisciplinary coordination. I supported the BIM and digital delivery of the project through the production of coordinated 3D models and construction documentation. My work included assisting with clash detection, constructability reviews, and digital quality control to ensure drawings and models were construction-ready. Through early digital coordination and clear information flow to site, the project achieved improved build certainty, reduced design conflicts, and a smooth transition from design into construction.


Heritage Commercial Building Redevelopment
As Structural BIM Technician, I produced a highly detailed existing structure Revit model derived from 3D laser scan and verified survey data for a heritage commercial building (circa 5,500 m²) on Karangahape Road, Auckland. I delivered the full set of existing-condition drawings including plans, elevations, and details, and coordinated the existing structural model with the proposed seismic strengthening and new works. My work provided the retrofit design team with a reliable digital base model, enabling accurate coordination, reduced site risk, and a successful adaptive reuse of this historic building.


4D BIM Model Simulations & Construction Planning Series
This portfolio piece showcases a series of projects where I delivered 4D BIM construction sequencing to visually plan and communicate build programmes. For each project, I linked the 3D model with the construction schedule to create clear, time-based simulations that supported construction planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication. These 4D sequences were used to review construction methodology, test staging and logistics, and optimise programme sequencing. Through this process, teams gained early visibility of risks, improved alignment between site activities and programme priorities, and greater confidence before construction commenced.


Point Cloud Scanning & As-Built Verification Works
This project showcases a collection of building and infrastructure works where I was involved in surveying, laser scanning, and scan-to-BIM workflows to capture accurate existing conditions. Using verified survey data and point cloud scans, I produced precise digital models that formed the foundation for design coordination, retrofit planning, and construction documentation. My work ensured reliable dimensional accuracy, reduced site risk, and supported seamless integration between existing structures and new design works across multiple projects.


Restoration of Wastewater treatment plant
I led BIM coordination for the replacement of damaged trickling filters with activated sludge reactors following the November 2021 fire at the Christchurch Wastewater Treatment Plant. This included aligning high-resolution point cloud scans with proposed designs to ensure precise coordination of new structures within existing site conditions. I federated structural, hydraulic, and civil models into a single coordinated environment to support clash detection, issue tracking, and collaborative resolution. I also developed and managed the BIM Execution Plan and Common Data Environment in line with ISO 19650, facilitated digital coordination workshops with multidisciplinary teams, and carried out QA/QC of all BIM outputs to ensure data integrity, programme alignment, and asset information compliance.


Rosedale Bus Station
As Building Services BIM Lead for the Rosedale Bus Station, a key component of Auckland’s Northern Busway extension, I led the digital delivery of the building services models and oversaw coordination between architectural, civil, and MEP disciplines to achieve fully integrated, clash-free outputs aligned with transport infrastructure requirements. I defined and implemented the BIM Execution Plan and Common Data Environment in line with ISO 19650 standards, supported early design decisions through model-based design reviews, and monitored BIM deliverables against project milestones while providing quality assurance to ensure successful and timely design documentation delivery.
