This project showcases a collection of building and infrastructure works where I was involved in surveying, laser scanning, and scan-to-BIM workflows to capture accurate existing conditions. Using verified survey data and point cloud scans, I produced precise digital models that formed the foundation for design coordination, retrofit planning, and construction documentation. My work ensured reliable dimensional accuracy, reduced site risk, and supported seamless integration between existing structures and new design works across multiple projects.

Performed high accuracy point cloud scanning of installed cable tray systems and aligned the scan data with the design BIM models to verify as-built conditions. This process ensured precise comparison between the designed and installed services, allowing early identification of deviations, installation tolerances, and coordination issues. The verified model supported quality assurance, improved confidence in construction accuracy, and provided a reliable digital record for ongoing coordination and future maintenance.

UAV Drone Flight Session for Site Progress Capture & Aerial Survey

Conducted a drone flight session on site to capture construction progress and undertake an aerial UAV survey. The collected imagery was used to monitor project advancement over time, support site reporting, verify site conditions, and assist with coordination and planning. This aerial data provided accurate, up to date visual insight to support informed project and stakeholder decision making.
