This portfolio piece showcases a series of projects where I delivered 4D BIM construction sequencing to visually plan and communicate build programmes. For each project, I linked the 3D model with the construction schedule to create clear, time-based simulations that supported construction planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication. These 4D sequences were used to review construction methodology, test staging and logistics, and optimise programme sequencing. Through this process, teams gained early visibility of risks, improved alignment between site activities and programme priorities, and greater confidence before construction commenced.

Retirement Village New Build — 4D Construction Sequence Planning & Programme Alignment

Developed a 4D BIM construction sequence model for the Northbrook Arrowtown project in close collaboration with the Project Manager, aligning the live construction programme with the design BIM model from the early project stages.

University Building — 4D BIM Construction Sequencing & Programme Visualisation

Developed a 4D BIM model for a university building project by integrating the construction programme with the coordinated design BIM model. The simulation was used to visualise construction sequencing, review staging and logistics, and assess critical path activities to support clearer planning, reduced programme risk, and improved coordination between project teams.

School Building — Tender Stage 4D BIM for Traditional Build Procurement

Developed a 4D BIM model at tender stage for a traditional build school project to visualise the proposed construction sequence and methodology. The 4D simulation was used as part of the contractor’s tender submission to showcase construction capability, programme understanding, staging strategy, and site logistics. This visual presentation strengthened the tender proposal by clearly demonstrating build approach, risk awareness, and programme confidence.

Stadium Project — 4D BIM Concept Model for Contractor Capability Presentation

Developed a 4D BIM concept model for a stadium project to visually demonstrate the contractor’s construction capability at an early project stage. The model integrated high level programme logic with the concept design to showcase proposed construction sequencing, staging, and overall delivery approach. This 4D presentation was used as a strategic communication tool to support contractor engagement, illustrate build methodology, and strengthen the contractor’s capability proposal to the client and stakeholders.
